Remember that show in the late 80s with the dinosaurs and the baby hit the dad over the head with a frying pan and said “Not the mama!”

Okay so we’ve all ego-surfed our names and mine is always really boring. Apparently every major label, including Coach, Simmons Beautyrest (yeah, yeah, insert joke here) and Nike, have a line called “the Mercer” and at least one product inevitably comes in black.

So I decided to extend my newfound love for the improved functionality of Google images to see if I could find a picture of myself. Here are all the things that are not me…

Not Mercer's Ponytail...thought it very well could be...Seriously, I have some friends that are going to think this is creepy.

No idea what this has to do with my name, but I thought it worth pointing out that the dude totally looks better than me in a bikini..for serious.

Everything is wrong with this. God, I love Canadians!

Dog's name is Silly Mercer and it's a border collie (family fave). I'm, like, stoked.

No man is a what? Yeah, well I am, so suck it.

Well, I always figured my box would end up on the internet, but I didn't think it'd be covered in love, hate, blood and fuzz. Seriously, wth is this thing?

WTH Animals…

My son and I play a game that involves me typing a letter really big and then we use the Google Image search (brilliant bit of code that it is) to find things that start with that letter.

Today we focused on animals and had randomly chosen the letter “R”. This is what I was subjected to:

Then the letter “T” provided me with the materials for my nightmares tonight:

I hate this tiger

And the letter “P” now means that I’m pretty much kosher from here until the rest of eternity:

Did the manbearpig really need the added effect of manbearpiglets? Really?

On a related note, I don’t think we’ll be playing this game anymore…
